A silver tetradrachm in the style of Alexander the Great struck by Philip III Arrhidaeus who in 323 BC succeeded his half-brother, Alexander the Great, as King of Macedon. Philip Arrhidaeus reigned for six years and he was Pharaoh of Egypt as well.
