McIntyre Stock goes Coast to Coast

Back to Newsletter index

The Canadian Stamp & Coin Dealing fraternity lost a longtime adherent early this year, but his stamp and coin inventory, built up over 32 years for his G.H. McIntyre Ltd. retail storefront, in Kingston, Ontario, lives on and has been dispursed from Coast to Coast.

All Nations acquired a 14 volume Small Queens to Modern Mint & Used counter stamp stock, including hard to find contemporary used issues. We also purchased an extensive hoard of retail World grab bags and mixture lots, housed in a half-dozen banker’s boxes, from the McIntyre estate.

G.H. McIntyre was best known for discovering a used Inverted Seaway variety in a junk lot someone brought into his store, and having the patience, honesty, and integrity to get fair market value for the valuable find on the seller’s behalf.

While we cannot promise similar finds in the portion of the G.H. McIntyre inventory you now have access to in our store, we do like the oldtime feel of the material acquired, and we think you will too.

In the last few years, we have added large portions of the George Saunders World Mint & Used stamp stock, the Luciano Bassetto World Mint & Used stamp stock, and now the G.H. McIntyre Canada, and World Mint & Used stamp stock to our own detailed inventory.

Please stop in for a look.
